Each and every employee plays a key role in the Maison’s development. Ensuring employee well-being and development on a daily basis is one of Human Resource’s key functions.
The Maison’s unique savoir-faire is a major asset and must be preserved and valued. With this in mind, Van Cleef & Arpels has joined forces with ESSEC and two other luxury Maisons to create and support the Savoir-Faire Management Chair. Its role is to provide training in its unique savoir-faire for future managers, investors, artisans and entrepreneurs. For the Maison, the Chair represents a place of teaching, research and dialog between students and those in the workforce.
Moving with the times combined with constant development has always been one of Van Cleef & Arpels’ strengths both for its customers and its employees. The aim of the Human Resources department is to help employees adapt to new working practices and environments. The Human Resources department ensures this through its real-time survey system. In this way, the Maison can adapt to teams’ needs, answer their questions and provide them with important information. Digital technology helps encourage proximity, discussion and dialog.
