The Human Resources department supports the Maison’s development. Its aim is to create an environment in which the Maison and its employees can thrive.

Each and every employee plays a key role in the Maison’s development. Ensuring employee well-being and development on a daily basis is one of Human Resource’s key functions.

Safeguarding skills

Van Cleef & Arpels owes its reputation of excellence in its ability to safeguard its savoir-faire, knowledge and processes. The stakes are high. While safeguarding skills is important, passing them on is critical!  

For Van Cleef & Arpels, the transmission of skills is also a way of sharing art and culture. That is why the Maison participates and puts on exhibitions in France (and overseas) in its stores and in partnership with international museums.  


Moving with the times combined with constant development has always been one of Van Cleef & Arpels’ strengths both for its customers and its employees. The aim of the Human Resources department is to help employees adapt to new working practices and environments. The Human Resources department ensures this through its real-time survey system. In this way, the Maison can adapt to teams’ needs, answer their questions and provide them with important information. Digital technology helps encourage proximity, discussion and dialog.
