The Human Resources department supports the Maison's development. Its aim is to create an environment in which the Maison and its employees can thrive.

Each and every employee plays a key role in the Maison's development. Ensuring employee well-being and development on a daily basis is one of Human Resource's key functions.

Safeguarding skills

Van Cleef & Arpels owes its reputation of excellence in its ability to safeguard its savoir-faire, knowledge and processes. The stakes are high. While safeguarding skills is important, passing them on is critical!  

For Van Cleef & Arpels, the transmission of skills is also a way of sharing art and culture. That is why the Maison participates and puts on exhibitions in France (and overseas) in its stores and in partnership with international museums.
