Introduction

Van Cleef & Arpels pays special attention to training and employability. Training reflects the constant need to adapt individual skills to the evolution of the role and the Maison’s challenges. It also promotes personal development. 


Van Cleef & Arpels has defined five key training principles: Environment and Culture, Professional Skills, Functional Expertise, Self-awareness and Personal Development.

The Maison believes in a 70-20-10 approach (see the learning pyramid below).Using this 70-20-10 approach means employing initiatives that promote experience, shared values and on-the-job experience through a range of programs.

Training

The Richemont Group has set up company-wide training structures:


-The aim of the Richemont Retail Academy is to share best sales practices and techniques with new store talents ensuring they get off to a flying start in their career. There are now Richemont Retail Academies in Shanghai and Macao.


-The Creative Academy in Milan offers specialized programs in creation, the luxury market, innovation, etc.
